1. Premium CRM

1.1 Included Features

Management

  • Optimized dashboard

  • Google / Outlook synchronization

1.2 General Settings

  • Users: unlimited access — $25/month per additional user beyond the initial plan

  • Contacts: unlimited

  • Support: response time of 24 business hours

1.3 Telephony System (Twilio)

  • Phone number: $1.50/month

  • Outbound calls: $0.015/min

  • Inbound calls: $0.0089/min

  • SMS: $0.0083/message

Rates are subject to change based on provider (Twilio) fluctuations and the USD/CAD exchange rate.

1.4 Mandatory A2P Verification

For SMS sending, the client must complete the A2P (Application-to-Person) verification procedure required by carriers.

  • SMS sending will be blocked until this verification is validated.

  • The client is responsible for providing the required documents: website, legal name, professional email addresses.

1.5 Purchase Terms — Premium CRM

Service Content

This agreement covers:

  • Initial installation and CRM setup

  • Basic customization (5 hours included)

  • Client database transfer

  • Consultations and training (5 one-hour meetings)

Client Database Transfer

The included transfer service is limited to the import of a contact list provided by the client.

Accepted fields: first name, last name, email, phone, address, tags, notes, custom dates, etc.

No verification, correction, or formatting of data is performed — data is imported as received.

This service does not include:

  • Communication history (emails, SMS, calls)

  • Tasks or reminders

  • Opportunities or transaction statuses

  • Automations, pipelines, or sequences

  • Documents, attachments, or multiple notes

  • Appointments associated with contacts

Any advanced migration request will be subject to a separate, custom-scoped engagement. A portion of the included hour bank may be used for assistance, subject to availability and prior agreement.

Work Sessions and Training

  • 5 work sessions of one hour each

  • Objective: clarify needs, adjust settings, ensure knowledge transfer

  • The client has 90 days following the signing of the agreement to use the included hour bank

Customization

  • 5 hours of CRM customization included

  • These hours cover minor adjustments and specific configurations

  • Any additional customization is billed at current rates

Additional Hour Bank

  • Strategic meeting: $175/hour

  • Customization work: $150/hour

  • Hour bank: $1,500 for 12 hours

Additional services must be paid before execution.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date data

  • Cleaning and preparing their database before import

Centiva cannot be held responsible for errors, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.

RE/MAX Exclusivity (Quebec only)

The Centiva CRM is a tool exclusive to RE/MAX brokers (in Quebec only). In the event of a banner change, the client may export their data but will lose access to the platform.

Term and Termination

  • Monthly subscription with no minimum term commitment (unless otherwise stated)

  • Termination: written notice to Centiva required at least 5 business days before the next billing date

  • Access is interrupted at the end of the period already paid — no prorated refund for the current month

Late Payment

  • Invoices payable within 30 days of issuance

  • Any delay incurs interest of 2% per month (24% annually) on the unpaid pre-tax amount, without prior formal notice

Limitation of Liability

Centiva's liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid by the client under this agreement. No indirect, consequential damages or loss of revenue may be claimed.

2. Express Website

2.1 Available Themes

At launch, the client selects from three predefined themes:

  • The Classic

  • The Collection

  • The Heritage

2.2 Purchase Terms

RE/MAX Exclusivity

This service is exclusive to RE/MAX Quebec brokers. If the client leaves the banner, their website will be deactivated.

Domain Name

  • Domain name: ❌ not included

  • Website hosting: ✅ included

  • Domain name hosting: ❌ not included

  • Management / transfer of associated emails: ❌ not included

Client Responsibilities — Required Content

The client is responsible for providing:

  • The choice of a theme among the proposed options

  • The information needed to update the Centiva profile

  • Client testimonials for integration on the website

  • A professional photo in good resolution

  • Information for domain name management

  • A basic biography

Monthly subscription fees begin once the website goes live.

3.2 CRM Integration (optional)

Integration with the Centiva CRM – Premium Version is included. However, customization hours may be required to configure forms, chatbots, automations, or other specific elements.

These additional hours will be billed at the current hourly rate.

3.3 Purchase Terms

RE/MAX Exclusivity

Service exclusive to RE/MAX Quebec brokers. If the client leaves the banner, their website will be deactivated.

4. Premium Website

4.1 Overview

Our ultimate website offering for real estate leaders. Includes:

  • A virtual strategic meeting with a Centiva strategist

  • The design of a custom website based on a selected theme (choice of 8 options)

  • Integration of a defined number of pages and content

  • The addition of real estate tools: automatic property display via Centris, contact forms, blog articles, etc.

  • Basic SEO optimization

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions included, as well as a maximum of two virtual revision meetings

Fees will apply beyond the included revisions, at the current hourly rate.

4.2 Options

CRM Integration (optional)

Integration with the Centiva CRM – Premium Version is included. Additional customization hours may be required and will be billed at the current hourly rate.

Monthly Discount

Save 10% on monthly fees — valid only for active Premium CRM subscribers.

4.3 Purchase Terms

RE/MAX Exclusivity

Service reserved for RE/MAX Quebec brokers. The website will be closed if the client leaves the RE/MAX banner or joins a RE/MAX agency that does not use Centiva's services.

Domain Name

  • "RE/MAX" mention in the domain: ⛔ prohibited

  • Domain transfer support: ✅ provided by Centiva

  • Email mailbox transfer: ↗ managed by RE/MAX Quebec (fees apply)

Client Responsibilities — Required Content

  • One or more professional photos in high resolution

  • A domain name and management access

  • A detailed biography

  • A selection of images and/or the client's own photos and videos in high resolution

  • A logo in good resolution (if applicable)

  • The selection of main sectors to highlight (areas where the broker has sold in the past 3 years, if applicable)

Modifications

  • Occasional minor modifications (text or visuals) are included at no additional cost

  • Fees will apply for any other modifications, including changing the website type (e.g., switching from an individual site to a team site)

Content Disclaimer

The client is responsible for ensuring that the visuals, content, and text provided (images, videos, logos, prices, recognitions, etc.) can be used legally. Centiva disclaims all responsibility in the event of copyright infringement, trademark violation, or any other intellectual property right.

Centiva reserves the right to refuse any content deemed inappropriate, illegal, or non-compliant with its terms of use.

Warranties

No guarantee of Google ranking or marketing performance is offered. Centiva cannot be held responsible for any error or loss caused by third-party providers (hosts, domain registrars, etc.).

5. General Terms

5.1 Modification of the Agreement

Centiva reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Centiva's liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid by the client under this agreement. No indirect, consequential damages or loss of revenue may be claimed.

5.3 Contact and Support
