30-Day Policy: Satisfaction or Your Money Back

At Centiva, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we are committed to providing you with the most advanced real estate technology solutions for brokers and agencies. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee: either you are satisfied, or we refund your money.

Conditions:

  1. Warranty Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if our services do not meet your expectations for any reason. You have this period to request changes on the website. If you wish to make a modification after 30 days, fees will apply.

  2. Facebook and Google My Business Services: These services receive free maintenance for 30 days after going live. After this period, maintenance fees may apply. In case of a specific issue outside our expertise, we will refer you to our partners, SRG Consultant. Any costs related to this consultation will be at your expense. Please note that Centiva is not a Meta partner; therefore, our access and permissions are limited.

  3. Compensation: The client agrees to pay the installation fees before the website goes live. Once the site is delivered, the client commits to paying the monthly fees through automatic credit card payments.

  4. Refund Request: To request a refund, contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reasons for your dissatisfaction. After evaluation, if the conditions are met, we will process the refund.

  5. Exclusions: Services or fees already incurred and paid on your behalf to third parties are not covered by this guarantee.

  6. Refund Process: After your request is validated, the refund will be processed through your initial payment method. The credit may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  7. Exclusive to RE/MAX Quebec: Please note that Centiva's solutions for brokers are exclusive to RE/MAX Quebec. If you leave the banner, your website will be closed by our team. However, for the external a la carte options (Google My Business, professional Facebook page) as well as the content of your website (testimonials, biography), you remain the owner of these tools and can retain them when you leave the RE/MAX banner.
